What makes your Gourmet Signature Desserts special?
Our gourmet signature desserts are made using our secret recipe with all natural ingredients. Our signature desserts contain no flour, very low added refined sugar, no preservatives, and are gluten free!
They are the perfect snack for anyone watching their blood sugar levels.
Each dessert is packed with flavor, thanks to a blend of wholesome ingredients like almond flour, and vanilla extract. Using just the right amount of sweetness from natural flavors, you won't miss the sugar​

How should I store my desserts?
Our cookies are made fresh daily. We recommend keeping your cookies in a sealed airtight container. They are best consumed within 5-7 days of receipt at room temperature. They may also be placed in the refrigerator. We do not suggest freezing. You can also put them in the microwave for about 5-10 seconds for a delicious fresh baked treat.​​

Where are the desserts baked?
The desserts are baked and shipped from our facility in Atlanta, Georgia.​​

Do you have any desserts that are safe for someone with nut allergies?
Please be aware that all our products are produce in a facility that handles main allergens including ALL NUTS, DAIRY, and EGG.

Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.

Can I get my desserts delivered same day? – COMING SOON!
Yes, we will soon offer same day courier service in Atlanta, Georgia 5-days a week. Rates for delivery vary by zip code. Local deliveries are managed by our Courier Service. Orders must be placed online by 12 noon for same day delivery.

In addition, we will soon be available on Door Dash, UberEATS, and Grubhub.​​

Do you offer custom desserts?
Currently, we do not offer custom desserts. We do offer some options for cookies upon request. If you have a request, please let us know!

Can you guarantee the shipment and delivery of my package?
Because we rely on third party companies to complete our shipments we cannot personally guarantee a shipment. Currently, some shipping services offer some levels of service where they guarantee delivery – if it does not arrive in time, the shipping charges can be refunded.​

When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 12:00pm will be shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day unless there is a specified ship date. During our very busy holiday season, orders may take up to 48 hours to process.​​

Shipping Address Errors?
Our shipping program automatically prints your shipping label from the address entered at checkout. Ariane’s Signature Gourmet is not responsible for any typos or an address entered incorrectly that results in a package not delivered and/or incorrect address. Please check the address to ensure there are no errors. We do not offer refunds or replacements for an incorrect shipping address.​​

What is the policy for Returns?
As our signature gourmet desserts have specialty ingredients, we do not accept returns unless item arrives damage. If so, please reach out to info@ArianesSignatureGourmet.com directly within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photos of the shipping package and cookies and will accommodate replacements when warranted.​​
